Administrative Assistant, Business Development

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management:  set appointments, prioritize and
            reschedule appointments as appropriate.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling
            confidential and sensitive information.
  • Meeting / event preparation, including presentation
           development, proofing and edits.
  • Attend meetings as required, take minutes and ensure
           action item follow-up.
  • Email management:  when appropriate, read, prioritize
           and draft emails.
  • Coordinate, prepare for and support meetings, both
           telephonic and in-person.
  • Coordinate and prepare contracts and monitor next
            steps in negotiations with partners.
  • Strong experience interacting with company leadership,
           partners and clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative assistance experience.
  • Must have experience supporting a team.
  • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal
            communications skills.
  • Excellent working experience of Microsoft Office Suite
            and Google Workspace.
  • Experience within the industry of Behavioral Health,
            technology and service companies, is preferred in order
            to support the needs and goals of Partners with a clear
            understanding. Experience in Acute Care a plus.
  • Knowledge of health systems integrations (HL7, FHIR,
            API, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience problem-solving skills to resolve Partner
            issues that challenge their success.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to
            multi-task / manage multiple Partners simultaneously.
  • SalesForce experience including reporting and pipeline
            management preferred.
