Responsibilities
- Ensure Clients are receiving the tools and support needed to achieve their
goals. - Advise Clients on process adherence through FinPay products and
solutions by introducing new ideas, problem-solving, and strategies that will
add value to their business. - Successfully help Clients achieve goals while maintaining and strengthening
their relationship with FinPay. - Represent FinPay professionally and form direct relationships with the
stakeholders of Clients while providing a timely value proposition. - Learn and understand Client business to maintain an in-depth
understanding of their needs and communicate common customer behavior
internally to FinPay's Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. - Advocate for FinPay when speaking with both potential and existing clients.
- Onboard new Clients while maintaining retention and renewals - guide
Clients into support phase. - Manage upselling and cross-selling.
- Leverage partners to grow revenue & customer success and obtain
customer referrals when appropriate. - Handle challenging conversations while focusing on sharing FinPay's goals
and objectives. - Establish effective collaboration and empathy to identify effective solutions
and ensure understanding of the needs and challenges of both FinPay and
our Clients.
Requirements
- Must have 3 - 5 years prior experience within a Relationship Management /
Client Success role. - Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
- Provide effective communication to identify problems and suggest areas of
improvement with confidence and professionalism. - Experience within the industry of Behavioral Health, specifically admissions,
is preferred in order to support the needs and goals of Clients with a clear
understanding. - Proven problem-solving skills to resolve Client issues that challenge their
success. - Excellent time management and organizational skills to multitask/manage
multiple Clients simultaneously. - Ability to think creatively to contribute new ideas and solutions internally
and with Clients. - Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with the FinPay
Sales Team. - Experience with cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
